The business was originally established 18 year ago and at the time was “one man in a van” supporting his small client base. Since then, due to his continued dedication, drive and hard work, Daren has seen considerable success by building a strong and valued customer base consistently delivering a high standard of work coupled with his extensive knowledge in an advisory capacity. Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire the business works within the surrounding areas with regular engineer support for Heating, Plumbing, Electrical and maintenance work.

 

Over the last 10 years DM Electrics and Plumbing are proud to work in partnership with a leading local Estate Agent as the preferred supplier. In order to achieve this success, they recognise the customer support element and have invested in a strong customer focused team to include additional experienced Engineers, an Admin Support Manager and Account Manager.

Engineers - All our friendly engineers are easily identifiable by matching uniforms and vans, they carry foot protectors, and these can be worn whilst in your home at our client’s request.

 

Admin Support Manager Role - liaises directly with the Estate Agent, speaks to the tenants on their behalf to book appointments in order to manage the workload efficiently for the Engineering team.

 

Account Manager - Face to face contact and a point of escalation should this be required. Their role is to attend any agreed quarterly meetings with Estate Agents, record any relevant minutes and report company stats on the “active” and “completed jobs” in a timely manner whilst also reporting Tenant feedback from the “feedback sheets” completed by the engineer after every call.

 

This simplistic process ensures a great customer experience and has proved very positive in the way the business has grown since its inception back in 2000.
